Who was in the Knight outfit? From the 2003 Christmas special

I was watching the 2003 Christmas special last night, and I recognized from left to right Pearl in the blue dress, Howard, Smiler, Tom, Billy, Truly, ???, and Alvin. I don’t recall seeing the Knight outfit earlier in the episode. Is it Clegg? Does anyone know?

There are a few odd things in this scene. I'm sure the armour was chosen for Clegg so his face was hidden to cover his double taking over in some shots.
Despite Lionel Blair being used to performing for tv, he looks ill at ease in the scene, and, considering he was a dancer, why wasn't he dancing - I know he wasn't hypnotised, but it would have been funny - or why else have a cameo by a dancer?

Isn't it odd that the house behind them has a brand new larch-lap fence? There are not any fence posts between the panels and the far right panel overlaps the end of the brick wall they are sitting on. I've tried to resolve this, but its clear the fence panels have only been stuck there for the filming, probably due to the householder complaining. So the panels are likely just temporarily fixed to some supports on the other side. It's not an isolated case in Summer Wine, sometimes it's to disguise something from the camera view, sometimes its for the privacy or other considerations for the residents.
 
Perhaps if he had danced but badly, even tripping over his own feet, stumbling or even a pratt fall [though he would have needed a double perhaps] would have been a bigger send up of a trained dancer.
