I watched Boomers, I didn't think it was hilarious but there were some funny moments, enough to keep me watching.
I'm just not a fan of Russ Abbotts, he did ok in skits but a full show was a bit of a stretch. Only my opinion.

I believe myself that Russ Abbot turned his back on acting after Boomers was cancelled , the show I thought was good and with a really strong cast including our Gordon [ Phil Jackson] , Alison Steadman , Stephanie Beecham , Paula Wilcox...

They had added some pads for tents at the back of the property and others with power hookups at the front for campers. The local people wanted it to revert to a pub, but it was impossible to make a living offering just that service.
