Spin Off Comedies

I was racking my brains thinking there was a connection between The Fall and Rise of Reginald Perrin and Fairly Secret Army but although playing very similar characters in both Geoffry Palmer's excellent ex army nutcase was called Harry not Jim. The legacy of Reginald Perrin followed on from the Rise and Fall.
