Just watched an old Heartbeat (series 10 episode 15 -
Not So Special) and they kept playing what I think was a
UK version of Chuck Berry's Johnny B Goode.

Really liked it, but cannot find out who
played/sang it.

Ideas y'all???
 
Well fired up the hard disc and had a listen and it sounded very much like the original version to me Chuck
 
No idea about the programme Chuck. Haven't watched it in a while, but STATUS QUO had a good version out about that time I think.:confused:

Maybe the "original" but it certainly was not Chuck Berry singing. Definitely a
white guy, and probably a Brit. The music is similar but the singing
is way different from the Berry version. Love to know who it is.
