I noticed in the bottom left of this photo is a Lottery sign, but I never recall seeing a terminal inside the shop, and if they had one I'm pretty sure Granville would be conning customers into buying lottery tickets.

There was also a lottery sticker on the front door with 'roll over' on one side and 'huge jackpot' on the other.

Does it harp back to when Arkwright bought boxes of tins without labels and so the lottery was what the contents were when you bought sorry were cunningly sold them by Arkwright.
