Yes it says leasehold in the article £650pm rent until 2028. As a fag packet calculation you've got to be doing around £15k pa just to break even before wages. The new owner will need to be turning over c£5,000 a month to make even the most meagre living.

I so wish I could be more positive about it but I just cannot see how it can pay unless it's radically overhauled and that would probably mean moving heavily away from the Summer Wine theme
