Good call there Theatrical. Maybe that is Truly's jacket on the peg covering up Clegg's jacket. We can only see Clegg's hat. Truly is in the next room brewing up and "helping" the Police with the investigation. He did not cover up...

<exasperated sigh> That's a trench coat with the cap. Truly wore a trench coat! Clegg has a grey-ish or black plastic mac ... and every Yorkshireman wears a cloth cap! Lazy, stupid reporters. -
To be fair if the coat was too dark (in this situation) it might have blended into the shadows and been less noticeable. The coat and cap are a nice nod to Clegg / Sallis. In LotSW his jacket seemed darker in color and light weight...
