Oh yes, never thought of any of those,I loved Cooper and Walsh, have some great dialogue from them for a walk I have planned, but they just didn’t quite make my top ten, surprised none of those names you mentioned got even a one point from someone though.

    Your top 10 favourite characters...

In true Eurovision style I have counted the votes that each member so far has submitted. Awarding 10 points for first place, down to 1 point for their tenth choice. I’v also put the number of votes cast,so that if a score is tied, the character with more members voting for them is higher placed...

    Went the day well ?

For some reason Rick it was released under the name 48 Hours in the USA,I don’t know why though, the British title refers to an epitaph for the fallen written in 1918 by John Maxwell Edmonds : Went the day well ? We died and never knew But Well or ill Freedom,we died for you. One of the children...

“Who’s a clever boy then” When he was cheeky back to Nora when she said what are you a parrot ? When he was repeating what Compo was saying to her, And my favourite “She’s turned mi brain to jelly,am dependent on er” But everything that came out of that wonderful mans mouth was music to my ears ❤️

Last of the Summer Wine: 30 Years of Laughs - Channel 5

I’m glad you mentioned that Pearl, before this show, for years I thought it was just me,I have heard him refer to himself as Elvin, and I presumed his real name in the show was Elvin, but that people like Billy etc just called him Alvin, its puzzled me for years and so glad it’s not just me,I thought...

Last of the Summer Wine: 30 Years of Laughs - Channel 5

I used to follow him on Twitter, and I don’t know if it’s the same now,but in his bio at the time,he put the list of shows like Citizen Smith, and voiceovers for children’s programmes, and I remember being shocked that LOTSW was not on the list,I’ll go back today and check if it’s still the same.
