Not actors but I think both Roy Clarke and Alan Bell won BAFTAs.

They're news to me, do you know what programmes they won them for?

Alan Bell won for Ripping Yarns but was twice nominated for LOTSW. Sydney Lotterby and James Gilbert were also nominated.

Roy Clarke's was an honorary award for outstanding writing for television. It wasn't for a particular programme.

Yes she has 2 BAFTA's the only person (I think) in the series with 2.

Actually she has 3 TV BAFTAs, two for the Talking Heads (Cream Cracker under the settee in 1989 and Waiting for the Telegram in 1999), and another for Lost for Words in 2000 (that one directed by Alan Bell)

It really is, in fact all the Talking Heads are superb but both Thora and Patricia Routledge give the outstanding performances across each series.

And I’m not sure if it counts, because although the director collects the award, it’s the programme that’s nominated, but Alan Bell collected the best light entertainment award for Ripping Yarns, and Sydney Lotterby collected the best comedy award for Yes Minister and 3 Scripted Comedy awards for Porridge and Going Straight
