Watching the Bidding Room series 4 Episode 21 on BBC Iplayer and someone has brought in "Gary" and its only Howard's Gorilla its genuine as it has a label with LOTSW prop on it . The guy says they paid £200 for it bought in the Lake District so assume the prop was sold on or rescued after the show . He is in the room now and they are recounting the story and have just sung the theme song of the show. It sold for £180 .

I should have explained the guy selling it said the family called it Gary , made the assumption it was male equally could have called it Gertrude if female , 100101101 if Binary and 6345789 if Non Binary given this penchant for all these newer classifications people seem to use.
