Another classic Claye thanks for posting. Its clearly Warmer weather because in the last frame under the words you can see Compo's "Trollies" and a bit of his leg so not cold enough for his Long Johns we often see draped , by him , over Nora's line , well until she comes out and spots them and demands he removes them.
