Ken Kitson is going to be at the Toftley Butts B&B, Pickering this Saturday October 1st all day from 9am signing his book, some of the proceeds will be going to the Macmillan Nurses Charity.

So many thanks for the info, but am I to surmise that a few books were printed (town mimeograph machine??) and then Amazon released it as an e-book?

If you go on the main website, there is a button to press entitled KENS BOOK. It gives all the info of how to obtain a copy via PAYPAL.
I did this when it first came out and was pleasantly surprised . This is one talented feller. IMHO. My daughter is a poetry buff and soon whisked it away for a read.
