Can you spot it

Confused , spot what ? This is not a recreation of those spot the ball competitions where people went to such lengths to win they had bespoke stamps of multiple crosses manufactured . Thanks for any hints Terry. :)

Well done Roger,that is what first came to my notice,and I wondered if it was elastic string, then I noticed it only went as far as the first belt loop
