Characters you would have liked to see more of.

I have just watched the Les Dawson interview on catch up and of course Roy Barraclough featured in the Cissy and Ada sketches and it got me thinking how good it would have been to have Roy appear as Crowcroft in a few episodes as a love rival to Howard for Marina's affections.
 
I think Ethel (Maggie Ollerenshaw) and Lance (Kenneth Cope) would have desreved at least one more appearance, as their dialog was funny and fast.

I was always a big fan of the Commodore in the Flag and Snag episodes. In addition to the character himself, there was Foggy's blind admiration of him, which was great humor.
