Danbury Mint Models set of 6

I'm glad you clarified, I was too scared to ask where the first picture was for looking silly! But as it's the back of Compo's I understand why I didn't recognise it!!!! So am I right in thinking the black entrance is the shop next to where the Wrinkled Stocking Cafe is?

Where the steps are is now The Courtyard Hair Studio, the the left of that is the entrance to the Wrinkled

Compo/ Nora's doesn't have a back entrance. They are back-to-back houses, so only have 'front doors / windows, they share a 'party wall' with the property that backs on to them. The Wrinkled Stocking has been 'knocked through' to become one property.

Not sure if this is a bargain or not
That's a lot and then you'd have to pick it up and paying bank transfer isn't a good idea unless you've inspected every inch of them all.

Agree entirely Pearl I'd also question the integrity - someone who only wants cash is generally on the tax fiddle as it's now completely free to sell on eBay (with paypal) now as a private seller.

Great collection though, I'd reckon they won't sell anywhere near the asking price......

HMRC monitor all Ebay sales these days, along with FB Market place and other online selling platforms

It makes you wonder who paid this for Foggy plus £4.40p postage

When they could of bought this set inc Foggy, maybe they only needed Foggy, but they could of sold the rest off at £35 each and got Foggy for free

I also note eBay now add a buyers protection fee, which can start adding up, it was just over £10 for the Foggy figure, I thought that was the idea of paying with PayPal to protect you when buying, seems these companies keep chipping away at getting a few more shillings one way or another, not sure if it is only on Private sales
