Good afternoon
I own a plot of land which is said to be the most filmed location for summer wine. It was used in the first episode in 1973 and the final episode in 2010. I have decided to sell this location.
It is located at the junction of Hirst Lane, Intake Lane and Scally Gate Cumberworth HD8 8YE and is due to go to auction on the 5th July 2022

It's a real piece of Summer Wine history no doubt, but I'm not really sure what you could use the land for. You'd never get planning on it, and as 2 roads straddle it you'd not really be able to camp on it.

In early episodes it was used by track bikes & you could see the scar tracks on the slopes. It's all grown over since then.
