I Just hope it floats

I hope everyone is ok?
We’ve had a few roads shut for flooding here in Cheshire and most of the fields have lakes in them but no properties have been flooded.
I can’t imagine how grim it is is to have your home flooded.
My daughter sent me this photo of a campsite our VW club used to have meets at near them in Loughborough.

I’m off to Manchester airport later and I’m hoping to get dinner at Wilmslow or Styal so hoping I can get around!

The road from Styal to Wilmslow was closed the other day but is open now. The Bollin occasionally floods and covers the road and car park.

A video of the river at it's peak on Saturday, we are a little out of shot on this drone video, my daughters old house appears a couple of times, the red cottage near the lock with water either side best view is around 5mins 15 seconds, happy to say the water has dropped almost 1 meter since this was taken, the main road tp Gainsborough is now passable
