I remember when Frank Skinner did a take off of Ashley & Fred in a sketch it was hilarious, he had Ashley as Orville!

On that subject I'm off to see Frank Skinner live on his first stand up tour in years in Feb, I cannot wait.

I saw Steven Arnold being interviewed on our local news last week. He said he came up with the idea to make Ashley’s voice so squeaky because it would seem so funny next to his dad’s ( Fred’s) loud, rounded Lancashire voice.
