If you mean the Children's TV series where celebrities read stories then I would plump for Bernard Cribbins who I believe appeared more often than any other storyteller and was of course Gavin Hinchcliffe.

I spotted Thora Hird and June Whitfield where also involved with both shows, the person I am looking for was a guest who played 2 roles in LOSW

Don't know anything about Jackonary, but Barbara Young played two roles on LOTWS.
