My Favourite cake or cakes

My other half bakes a very good lemon drizzle cake ,it usualy only lasts a day and a half! Eccles cake is another brilliant one to eat with a cup of tea I usualy have them with a cup of RNLI tea.

I will take one of my mom's Upside-down Cake with the pineapple rings and hardened edges baked in brown sugar.
