Nora's Fallout with Compo and Tom

Tom has stated that they fell out with Nora as she ''Bad Mouthed them Both'',
what was the reason for this animosity?

I read it was because she'd bad mouthed Tom to Bills wife but to be honest I take most if it with a pinch of salt.

Sorry for the late reply on this! I also read that once too. However I don't really believe it either, I've read many accounts of Kathy Staff from those who worked with her, Alan Bell, Juliette Kaplan to name a few. They all say she was absolutely lovely and a devout Christian all her life so I cannot really see her bad mouthing Bill.

I did see Nora on set with Tom and they seem to rub along together quiet well

I imagine you all are talking about a real life fallout and not an in show fallout? The show characters names are mentioned, Nora / Compo instead of real names Kathy and Bill. With Bill's wife mentioned it seems more like you mean a real life scenario.

If real life are you talking about after Bill passed away? Since they worked together for so long I imagine that Kathy would have met Bill's wife a time or two at cast functions during the years of filming the show. Unsure if she met Tom any before Bill's death. Yeah, fairly clueless as to what you all are referring to.
