Yes it was but just can't remember which episode!? I have a feeling its a made up word. Maybe we should see who can find the episode first

Trying to be a detecive I think that the word ends with Hankies. Pac could be a word for pockets. Hankies would be in your pocket. Also could be a packet if tissues. That is the best I can do..

I believe I first heard it in "Bicycle made for Three" just before Compo
produces his bicycle to the other two. Foggy laughs and says "just listen
to that swearing".
