To me it looks a bit older than 2007, I´d estimate more like 2003 or 2004, but yes, great photo! Thank you, Terry!

The classic look of six layers of clothing - nylon raincoat, jacket, waistcoat, knitted cardigan, shirt and I bet there is a vest under there as well. I used to think that was a bit extreme but as I get a little older I begin to see the advantages of the multi-layered look.
I still have an early Pakamac somewhere, much like Peter is modelling there ...
