Quickfire Question #14

well, having watched the episode about a hundred times over the years, I'd never noticed it on the sign before now. You live and learn.
After I read the question, Serenade was one of the first episodes I thought of, so went back and watched the scene yesterday and still didn't spot it and it took me 2 minutes of scrutiny of the photo before seeing it.
