Yeah, she's excellent in everything she has been in, Open All Hours etc.. She was even good in her first cameo role in Summer Wine.
 
Was it because Mavis as a big film fan and every street was lined with Walter Pidgeon?
 
That was a cracking exchange on Noras steps George, it made that episode. In fact that was one of the very best Seymour era episodes for me....probably second behind Edie and the Automobile.
