Sausages

Cumberland for me with mash and onion gravy- English mustard on the side.
If any of you are ever passing through Cheshire call in at AJBoon butchers in Chelford and check out the selection including the huge Old English sausages he sells.
Mmmmm, I’m going to have to call in later when passing now.
 
Must give a shout out for my local producer who have outlets not only selling sausages to cook but also have a hot sandwich section selling sausage butties and sausage rolls, so wholesome the best selling Greggs ones take one look and head off to the Gym for some weight lifting. The quality of the meat is top of the tree I give you Geordie Bangers , they have outlets in various places my favourite is in Amble a picturesque costal village where they have these wonderful little outlets selling local produce and items on the harbour side .

Yep, I can also vouch for the quality of a Geordie Banger... and not just because I'm a Geordie.
