I dared to step into where no man should go, Tesco's today, there was a tune playing on the PA system that I swear had the same short lyrics going on for 4-5 minutes, I reckon the artist went into the studio, sung a few words, then then added some noise to it, put on a loop and told the artist he's good to go, job done

I remember the days song lyrics told stories and a good melody. You're right a lot of music is the same words on both verses particularly the new wave these days. Today you can hardly hear what they say because of the programming. Sounds like Artoo Detoo in a washing machine
