Just watched The Coming of the Beast (which is the last
Mrs Avery), wherein a mythical Tiger is stalking the
village.

And they never ever mentioned Fenella!!!
 
Watched that a couple of days ago, one of my favourites.
I have to admit though that I don't miss Mrs Avery (should I feel guilty).

No I don't think she fitted in that well that's why she didn't last not sure she would have stayed long term.
 
I think that the striped blazer was a nice touch, almost a visual exclamation point that tied up all of the loose ends beautifully.
