You're right. I believe one is his stand in for blocking out the scenes and the other is his stunt double. The one in the second row looks like Stuart Fell who did many of the stunts.

And the title of this book is----?

Yes 1p for the book, £2.80 for postage - I actually bought mine in the early 1990s in Holmfirth.

My copy finally arrived! I have to say I was surprised at how small it is....more an oversize pamphlet than a genuine "book" but packed with great photos, so no complaints.
