I suspect it was "seeded" from ChatGPT, maybe edited (some?), formated as a pdf and then sent to Amazon's for print-on-demand fulfillment. This is a serious problem with a lot of their travel guides where there many takers for anything with the word "ultimate" or complete" in the title.
