No one has mentioned him but I will Danny O'Dea and even more so after reading his Bio on IMDB because on face value you would have to say he was a support actor but when you read this he was far more than that :-

I've just been reading Danny's IMDB page. I never realised he was in One Foot in the Grave, even though I supposedly know all the episodes inside out. Obviously I didn't recognise him. Was he was a background extra and not very prominent or important to the plot??

He appeared in the Big Sleep here are a couple of screenshots pretty sure he is the guy in the navy tracksuit next to Victor at the fitness class

He was also in the first episode of In Loving Memory as a bystander at the side of the road.
