To be fair Russ Abbot played Hobbo as Russ Abbot characters from Madhouse and Stephen Lewis played Smiler as Blakey and every other character he played they only play the role based on what Roy Clarke writes and Alan J W Bell directs :) :) . Personally Philip Anthony as Sinclair because I just dont like the episode and never watch it just find it irritating .
 
I agree that Eva was out of tune for the series, and i also found he quite wooden in the episode. I do appreciate she'd done much better work earlier in her career.

Being over the pond I hadn't heard of him but researched his career after becoming a SW fan. Very eye opening and sounded like a controversial actor and individual.
 
AND ANOTHER TWO.......James Casey/Eli Woods....in my [very] humble opinion contributed absolutely nothing to our show as a double act......[I have no issues with James as the landlord when Howard had his terrible "orange three piece" on.....shorts...top and baseball cap !!]....it's just those two.....absolutely unnecessary !!!.
