Yorkshire Rider Bus 6299

In the book Yorkshire Rider Buses by Scott Poole on page 48 there is a photo of bus 6299. It says that it now survives as a canteen in the southern part of the UK.
I have seen this bus in the following episodes
Was That Nora Batty Singing?
Adopted By A Stray
The Sweet Smell of Excess

As a matter of interest can anyone tell me exactly where the bus is now?.

Interesting that they use a London Transport style logo for West Yorkshire Bus in former Southdown territory!

But then we often find a Southdown open topper waiting at Haworth Station in the summer months - a long way from Old Stein its former hunting ground ....

Seems it remains in Hastings as the DoubleDecker Cafe. Here is their home page :-

Thanks for that Captain Clutterbuck. It's a great website. When watching the series I always try to see the bus numbers and this was a bus that I kept on seeing again and again. Really glad it has survived and not been scrapped. May it continue to be preserved in it's current state for years to come.
