yep, it's where the climax of "Small Tune on a Penny Wassail" takes place, where Compo and a group of lads on Skateboards have a meeting with the Band. That Weeping Willow (I think that's what it is, i'm no gardener) has been planted and grown higher than the chapel since this was filmed.

That is some sort of weeping tree but not a true Weeping Willow.
