I can't remember the episode names but the second time I noticed it was in reference to Compo's Mum IIRC.

In at least two episodes someone is mentioned as being a 14 pinter. It made me wonder if Roy Clarke also liked his drink or if the line was inspired by heavy drinkers he knew.

Have seen a few thumbnail images of those about other actors. A kind of 'Where are they now..?' type thing showing the actor in rough state of a hospital bed or something. Very tasteless fakery and disgusting attempt to get clicks...

Makes you wonder when you hear American so called "stars" getting around a million an episode for rubbish pathetic so called comedy...
