Sorry me2 reread question. You asked when did we see it for COFFEE MORNING, so her second answer was correct. Though we did see that floral pattern in the experiment with the barmpots. I noticed after I posted but got caught in the update loop and couldn't correct.

I was watching the experiment and Ellen, aka elmc was correct. When the boys came in the kitchen she served them tea with the floral tea set. Compo got his finger caught in the handle. Then when they had their coffee mornings she used 2 different sets before using the floral garden pattern again.
