Ha, the ignore list is exactly that! If there is another member you find annoying or pestering, add them to your "Ignore List". It would inhibit their contact with you (Private messaging and the likes)
I was actually banned from one forum for "Ignoring" one of the administrators who was a cretin!.... my own opinion :D

The Global moderator moderates all the forums and sub forums, whereas each separate forum may have it's own dedicated moderator.
