It looks very much like the phone Barry is using when Glenda calls to tell him she wants to start a family in "Gnome and Away" but the angle is all wrong. So if it's Barry's phone there must be a better episode. I can't find it on my DVD's, it only shows the phone after he hung up when he calls Glenda to check on his car, so maybe it's in Jurassic - No Parking when she calls about the dinosaur.

I would guess the phone might be in the Cafe, although it looks a bit modern for Ivy's place. The phone is wall mounted, the trickery being that Terry's pic. is rotated.
