Banks will take them but most shops round hear have noticed up say they won't accept them, they're legal tender but they can't be forced to accept them. I've left my home territory only for surgery and hospital/nursing home stays since returning from West Yorkshire in November of 2019. Now I'm having physical therapy to try to get full use of my legs back following a bout of sepsis.
Enough moaning!
