He was an expert box shifter, whom I personally had a ruck with in the 70's when CB radio became legal in the UK, though to be fair when I actually spoke to him as opposed to his sales staff he did sort the problem out very quickly.

I do still have a turntable and a few records, not much room to place the turntable to play them, though I have my eyes on several nice reel to reel machines, not that I can afford one, just gives some idea what the prices are like, and maybe one day pick a nice one up really cheap

I think that they make machines that do stuff like transfer from turntable to cassette or CD or whatever; so for a little bit more money you can get that capability.

I still have all my old punk vinyl, I have sold a few items but I’m keeping most of it.
I’m still listening to cassettes, I have a little collection of old blasters and can’t resist buying old radio’s from charity shops if I like the design.
