What Episode Did we see

Dick's right - this is a good one. I don't remember ever seeing this scene and everything I thought it might be hasn't panned out. I'm still thinking.
 
Wow, I almost missed it, because I assumed he would be in his house. Actually he was standing outside as they were launching Compo on his ironing board - I mean sailboard in "Who's That Bloke with Nora Batty Then? "

Well done for spotting this me2, it looks like one of those moment when Cleggy was in the background and not really involved,so Mr Sallis decided he would just do his nails, knowing how long some of these scenes can take to film it could be fact that he was doing his nails to pass the time,and it just ended up in shot
