Well, yesterday was our last day filming in Holmfirth for "Summer Wine Decanted". We revisited some of the most iconic locations one last time. So after a few more hours (and hours) editing, the last episodes are near completion, including a special final episode.

Another wonderful episode thank you both for posting it . I think the gormless Billy was probably the best of the bunch , Hobbo certainly divides members opinions on here , he basically is regurgitating his performances from his Madhouse days in similar vein to Smiler which we discussed on the other thread.

i don't think i saw many of the later series after compo died so it was quite interesting to watch that one

Cheers, I enjoyed the video. I thought Billy fit into the series fairly well. Hobbo had his moments and I like those the more I see them. I guess we were spoiled by so many wonderful characters over the years, it was a tough act for people like Russ Abbot to follow? Plus, we have such rubbish over here for tv, I tend to appreciate these shows more..

Loved the video as usual! I think out of the ones mentioned, Alvin is my favorite because he was the funniest! Lol And sorry I'm late to the party again, working on a 15 page paper and a 40 page business plan for my capstone project does not leave me much time to do stuff I want to do! Lol
