However did we change the law that lets people on cycles use the pavement but mobility scooters can dodge in and out of traffic on the main road?? :cautious:
 
Been is Spain last few days all the resorts have Promenades which are divided into lanes so cyclists/mobility scooters/skaters are kept away from pedestrians , so they can stroll upon the prom prom prom , not sure there is a lane for the brass band to play tiddely-om-pom-pom ;)
 
In some retirement complexes in Florida, residents are permitted to drive golf carts on public roads.

Some of these mobility scooters are likely to result in me needing one due to the risk of being run over!
